The project by eloprop GmbH from Regensburg offers innovative approaches for the transformation of urban buildings and districts. Briefing
The goal was to create a platform consisting of two main components: a landing page that communicates the transformation possibilities of buildings in an exciting and comprehensible way, and a database-based survey tool to collect opinions and suggestions for specific real estate projects.

Concept
Our approach was to use 3D scroll animations to visually simplify the possible transformation of a real estate area across different levels. These building structures became the key visual for the entire project.

Website
We used the flexibility and efficiency of the Webflow CMS to enable seamless management and presentation of the numerous projects, for example on an interactive location map. The core function, a project-specific survey tool on building use, is also managed via the CMS. This makes it easy to create new questions for each form.
This combination makes the website a central tool for collecting data and opinions, which is essential for the development and positioning of contemporary urban spaces.

Results
The survey results are transferred live into clear, database-based tables, which makes analyzing and evaluating the forms a simple task. This project demonstrates how digital tools can be successfully used to promote urban development and citizen participation.
